Accessing Your Gmail Account

Logging into your Gmail account gives you instant access to your emails, Google Drive, Calendar, and other Google Workspace services. Follow this guide to securely log in from any device.

Log In on a Desktop Browser

Follow these steps to access your email from a computer:
  1. Navigate to Gmail Open your preferred web browser and go to gmail.com.
  2. Enter your email address Type your full Google Email address (e.g., yourname@gmail.com) or the phone number associated with your account into the text field, then click Next.
  3. Enter your password Type your password. If you are on a private device and want to verify your spelling, click the Show password icon. Click Next to proceed.
  4. Complete 2-Step Verification (If enabled) If you have two-factor authentication turned on, check your mobile device for a prompt or enter the verification code sent via SMS or an authenticator app.
Using a public computer? Always use a private browsing window (Incognito mode) so your login information isn’t saved on the machine. Don’t forget to click Sign Out when you’re finished!

  • Download the App: Ensure you have the official Google Gmail app installed from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Add an Account: Open the app. If it is your first time opening it, tap Sign in. If you already have an account active, tap your profile picture in the top-right corner and select Add another account.
  • Select Google: Choose Google from the list of email providers.
  • Authenticate: Enter your email and password as prompted by the secure sign-in screen.
